How to release possible virus by retrieving it from the Quarantine

By design, possible virus email can't be released. One possible way to retrieve the possible virus email from Quarantine folder. To do that, please follow these steps:

1. Run modusGate Administration.

2. Find the email and open it. Please refer to How to find a quarantine email in Vircom

3. Find the Quarantine filename, B0003209710.MSG in our example.

4. Open the quarantine folder, D:\quararntine\inbox in our example.

5. Find folder name B00 and then 0320.

6. Find the filename B0003209710.MSG.

7. Follow this article to retrieve the email: http://kb.vircom.com/Kbase/default.asp?id=947&SID=&Lang=1
