Don't see the VPN sessions in VPN Monitoring

Q: I follow this How to check who is using Cisco VPN article to check our VPN sessions. However I don't see any VPN sessions even there are over 10 people use it. Why?

A: The problem is you filtering by Clientless SSL VPN. If you switch to All Remote Access, you should see all of them.
